Chichun Fang

Chichun Fang is Assistant Research Scientist in the Survey Research Center, Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan. His work examines how the interactions between labor market institutions and compensation practices influence the economic well-being of the working population, with a focus on employee benefits and retirement-related policies. He received his Ph.D. from School of Labor and Employment Relations at the University of Illinois.
