Italo Lopez Garcia
Economist, RAND Corporation
Italo Lopez Garcia is an economist at the RAND Corporation and an IZA Research Fellow. His research interests include applied econometrics, labor economics, and development, with a focus on the study of the determinants of human capital investments over the life-cycle. Garcia holds a PhD in economics from University College London.
