Andres Otero Correa

Pension Regulator

Andres Otero Correa is a Senior Economist and Chilean Pension Regulator. His fields of interest are applied microeconomics, labor economics, public finance and development economics. He is interested in understanding household behavior, solving life cycle models in order to evaluate policy reforms. His current research is focused on the role of pension incentives and human capital in the creation of informal labor markets, inequality reduction and poverty alleviation. Otero Correa received his PhD in economics from University College London.
