Monica Costa Dias is a Senior Research Economist at the IFS and a Research Economist at the Centre for Economics and Finance, University of Porto. Her research interests include the determinants and dynamics of labor supply and human capital, the evaluation and design of educational and employment policies in dynamic economies and the development of econometric methods for policy evaluation. Costa Dias received her PhD in economics from University College London.
