Literature Review: Lifetime consequences of early and mid-life access to health insurance

While there has been much debate about the coverage effects of health policy, there has been surprisingly little discussion about what it means for population health and labor market outcomes. We will conduct a systematic literature review to document existing findings and organize the studies according to multiple criteria including outcomes, methodology and external validity.
