Pete’s research interest includes, but is not limited to, matters of social justice, vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, employment, substance abuse, mental health, and treatment outcomes.

Dr. Ruiz’s research interests include the psychosocial adjustment to disability and, specifically, self-efficacy, sexuality, and stigma related to disability.
