Julie Berry Cullen

Julie Cullen is Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of California-San Diego. She is a public finance economist whose primary research interests are the economics of education, intergovernmental relations, and social insurance programs. Dr. Cullen received her Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Spring of 1997 and was Assistant Professor of Economics, University of Michigan, 1997-2003.
