John Piggott

John Piggott is director of the Australian Institute for Population Ageing Research, and ARC Australian Professorial Fellow at the School of Economics, University of New South Wales. He received a BA at the University of Sydney; an MSc at the London School of Economics; a PhD at the University of London; and is a fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia (FASSA). His research interests are the economic and financial aspects of population ageing, especially retirement and pension economics and finance, particularly in the Asian region.
